The overall experience was dreadful. The room was filthy and the bathroom vanity was falling apart. I was shocked to find that the door to my room wouldn't latch unless I slammed it shut, which felt unsafe. To top it off, there were no bath towels provided, and the furniture looked old and dirty.

The manager and staff were like a family, made me feel welcome and safe during my stay. I particularly loved the breakfast, it wasn't just food, it was like a brunch, really good stuff.
