The staff were friendly during check-in.
The overall experience was dreadful. The room was filthy and the bathroom vanity was falling apart. I was shocked to find that the door to my room wouldn't latch unless I slammed it shut, which felt unsafe. To top it off, there were no bath towels provided, and the furniture looked old and dirty.

Recommend it for travelers seeking comfort
The manager and staff were like a family, made me feel welcome and safe during my stay. I particularly loved the breakfast, it wasn't just food, it was like a brunch, really good stuff.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but worth it for the service you get.

missingWrote a review on 12 Mayconvenient locationeasy accesspoor maintenanceunpleasant staffmissing furniture
The location offers easy access to local shops, but the experience was disappointing. The room had serious issues. the fridge was covered in frost, and crucial furniture was missing. The lack of maintenance was evident with a broken lamp and a toilet seat that was unattached, which caused an awkward fall. The staff's attitude was also unsettling, as I felt less like a guest and more like an inconvenience during my stay.

The room was a letdown. The lamp was broken, the fridge had a ton of frost, and I nearly fell because the toilet seat wasn't attached. The drawers were missing, and I really felt like the room just wasn't checked properly. Not cool at all.
